A leading fresh produce wholesaler in Singapore is looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee all human resource functions. Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with employment regulations, developing HR policies, and managing employee relations. The ideal candidate should have a relevant diploma or degree and proven experience in HR management. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential. Experience in the F&B industry is an advantage.
EBUY is a fresh produce wholesaler providing one-stop supply solutions to the food and beverage (F&B) industry in Singapore. We support restaurants, cafes and food operators with reliable products and operational services.
Oversee and manage the full spectrum of human resource functions including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, leave management and employee records
Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws and regulations, including MOM and CPF requirements
Develop, implement and review HR policies, procedures and employment contracts
Handle employee relations matters, disciplinary issues and performance management
Support management in manpower planning, staff development and workforce optimisation
Liaise with external parties such as government authorities, recruitment agencies and service providers
Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR documentation and records
Minimum diploma or degree in Human Resource Management or related field
Proven experience in a HR managerial or senior HR role
Good knowledge of Singapore employment legislation and HR practices
Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
Able to work independently and handle confidential information professionally
Experience in F&B, logistics, wholesale or related industries will be an advantage
