Job description

We are looking for a proactive HR Manager to oversee end-to-end HR operations for our expanding mobile retail and repair business. The role covers talent acquisition, manpower planning, compliance, and staff engagement across multiple outlets. You will be responsible for hiring foreign skilled repair technicians, foreign and local retail associates (full-time and part-time), and ensuring smooth HR processes aligned with Singapore’s regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead recruitment of foreign repair technicians (EP/S Pass/Work Permit) and manage work pass applications, renewals, and quota planning.
  • Hire and onboard foreign local full-time and part-time retail sales staff, ensuring alignment with manpower needs across outlets.
  • Develop recruitment channels (agencies, job portals, social media, referrals) to attract the right talent.
  • Ensure compliance with MOM regulations, Fair Consideration Framework, and foreign manpower quotas.
  • Manage HR policies, employee records, and payroll coordination.
  • Support training, performance reviews, and retention programs.
  • Handle employee relations and foster a positive workplace culture.
Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in HR Management, Business, or related field.
  • At least 3–5 years’ HR experience; retail or service industry background is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of MOM rules, work passes, quota/submission procedures.
  • Experience working with recruitment agencies and managing bulk/seasonal hiring.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills in English (Chinese/Malay/Tamil is an advantage).
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple outlets’ HR needs.
