Support the execution of Talent Acquisition (TA) processes across the APAC region.

Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure effective utilization of internal ATS and CRM systems, management of external social media platforms, and execution of employer branding campaigns.

Coordinate reporting and assist in the development of a regional recruitment dashboard to monitor performance and enhance recruitment strategies.

Key Tasks:
  • Support the implementation of Talent Acquisition initiatives, programs, and tools across APAC, under guidance from the regional and local TA teams.
  • Assist with coordination activities related to recruiting centers across the region, working with local TA Leads to help ensure alignment in employer branding, processes, and tools.
  • Support the adoption and consistent use of standardized TA processes, including basic usage of ATS and CRM systems.
  • Assist in identifying appropriate recruitment channels (e.g. LinkedIn, job boards, agencies, universities) and support the administration of selection tools.
  • Provide support to sourcing activities for selected roles, in collaboration with Business Managers and local HR teams.
  • Support regular reviews of TA processes and practices by assisting with data gathering and documentation, in line with Diversity & Inclusion guidelines.
  • Assist the Regional Diversity, Inclusion and Engagement team in the coordination of Employer Branding activities and campaigns aimed at building external talent pipelines.
  • Support onboarding and induction activities by assisting with coordination and documentation across the region.
  • Assist with the coordination of the regional vacancy approval process for overhead and customer-funded roles.
  • Support the tracking and reporting of Talent Acquisition KPIs, contributing to regional dashboards and reports.
  • Assist with resolving basic issues related to resourcing processes, system usage, and data accuracy, escalating where required.
  • Support external talent mapping exercises and maintain awareness of market trends through research and data collection.
  • Assist with coordination with third-party suppliers for selected roles and support tracking against agreed service levels.
