A leading HR service provider in Singapore is seeking an HR professional to manage the full spectrum of HR operations including recruitment, payroll processing, and work pass administration. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of HR experience, strong interpersonal skills, and knowledge of HR management systems. This role offers a dynamic working environment focusing on comprehensive HR practices.

Qualifications

  • Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in HR Management preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in HR sector is preferred.
  • Experience in handling Foreign Workers’ issues.

Responsibilities

  • Handle full HR spectrum including recruitment and payroll.
  • Administer work pass applications and employee benefits.
  • Conduct onboarding and exit interviews for staff.
