Job summary

A construction company in Singapore seeks an experienced HR Generalist to manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment and onboarding. Qualifications

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a HR generalist role, including at least 2 years in the Construction.
  • Proven experience in work pass management and labor payroll processing is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore labor laws and HR best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle including recruitment and onboarding.
  • Maintain up-to-date employee records.
  • Handle applications and renewals of work passes.
  • Administer employee benefits including leave and medical benefits.
