Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a skilled HR and Accounts Payable professional to oversee HR functions, manage payroll processing, and handle accounts payable activities. The ideal candidate should have a diploma or degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 2 years' experience in payroll and accounts payable. Proficiency in MS Excel and knowledge of Singapore statutory requirements are essential, along with good communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in accounts payable and payroll functions.
  • Good knowledge of Singapore statutory requirements (CPF, IRAS, MOM).
  • Experience working in F&B will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the full spectrum of HR functions.
  • Manage monthly payroll processing and ensure compliance.
  • Handle the full cycle of accounts payable and maintain proper filing.
