Job summary

A semiconductor company in Singapore is looking for an experienced Recruitment Specialist to manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, develop effective hiring strategies, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. The ideal candidate should have a degree or diploma in HR and at least 2 years in recruitment, preferably in the semiconductor or manufacturing industry. Strong communication and project management skills are essential for success in this role.

Job description for our Recruitment role:


  • Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies through job portals, agencies and career fairs, including organizing hiring activities/ events.

  • Establish clear recruitment goals and timelines to meet turnaround targets, ensuring customer satisfaction and alignment with company priorities.

  • Screen, interview, and present applicants to hiring managers; conduct reference checks for qualified candidates.

  • Serve as the primary contact for recruitment and staffing agencies and coordinate with hiring teams, including providing interview training when required.

  • Prepare weekly recruitment reports and maintain compliance with regulations.

  • Conduct exit interviews and provide insights for retention.

  • Stay updated on market trends and changes in government regulations impacting recruitment activities.

  • Provide guidance and recommendations for the development and updates of HR-related policies and procedures.

  • Serve as a trusted talent advisor, providing guidance and insights to employees at all levels.


Requirements:


  • Minimum 2 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, preferably in semiconductor or manufacturing industry.

  • Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.

  • Ability to manage high-volume hiring efficiently.

  • Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws, interview techniques, and candidate screening methods.

  • Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot), Outlook, and database management; SAP experience is a plus.

  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written) and strong time/project management abilities.

  • Flexible, detail-oriented, and passionate about HR, with a positive and open-minded attitude.

  • Experience in non-executive hiring is an advantage.
