About the Role

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented HR Executive with a strong focus on payroll and benefits administration, who will also assist in training coordination and HR support tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys structured HR processes, values accuracy, and wants to contribute to a collaborative HR team in a growing organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing using payroll software, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements (e.g., CPF, IR8A/IR21).
  • Maintain accurate payroll and employee records, uphold confidentiality, and support payroll-related audits and reporting.
  • Apply for and renew work pass.
  • Administer employee benefits such as leave, medical claims, and insurance claims, and respond to employee queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate employee training activities, including sourcing external courses, liaising with training providers, registering participants, arranging payments, and managing logistics.
  • Follow up on training feedback and course evaluations, ensure timely receipt of certificates, and update records in the training management system (TMS).
  • Support HR documentation and ensure accurate filing of policies, forms, and records in accordance with company standards.
  • Assist in general HR operations and process improvements as part of a proactive and team-oriented environment.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of HR experience, with hands-on payroll administration responsibilities.
  • Familiarity with Singapore employment regulations, CPF, and tax compliance.
  • Experience using any payroll software (experience with Frontier Payroll is a plus but not mandatory).
  • Strong coordination, administrative, and data entry skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and commitment to confidentiality.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work independently in a lean team structure.
