Role Summary

The Associate HR Executive manages payroll for a large workforce, oversees L&D for all employees, and handles onboarding, offboarding, and other HR administrative tasks. In a workplace where continuous improvement and change are the norm, the ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable adapting to evolving processes while collaborating effectively with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process end-to-end payroll accurately and on time; ensure statutory compliance.
  • Validate large-scale time & attendance data and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Coordinate and administer L&D programs for blue- and white-collar employees.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders for payroll approvals, training logistics, and HR processes.
  • Manage onboarding/offboarding documentation and other HR administrative tasks.
  • Generate payroll and L&D reports; support audits and Finance reconciliations.
Requirements
  • Diploma/Bachelor’s in HR, Business, or related field.
  • 3 years payroll/HR operations experience preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
