Job summary

A leading HR service firm in Singapore is seeking a skilled HR professional to manage payroll processes, work pass applications, and training assessments. The role requires excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to implement new HR policies effectively. Responsibilities

  • Handle Payroll process and government claims.
  • Manage work pass applications and renewal of passes.
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
  • Conduct new-employee orientations and employee relations counseling.
  • Establish and maintain department records and reports.
  • Manage absence, disciplinary, grievances and sickness.
  • Implement new HR policies, procedures and processes.
  • Build and manage interpersonal relationships at all levels.
  • Handle MOM, CPF, IRAS and related government agencies.
  • Liaison with clients on HR and work permit documentation.
  • Assist in all other department activities.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures and business ethics.
