A leading R&D agency in Singapore is seeking an HR Executive - Payroll for a contract role. The position involves handling full payroll administration and generating reports. Ideal candidates should have at least an A-level or Diploma in Human Resources or a related field, and prior payroll experience is preferred but not required. This is an entry-level position offering a salary of up to $3,000 depending on experience.

5 days work week

Salary: Up to $3000 (Depending on Experience)

1 year contract - able to convert/renew

Job Description
  • Handles full spectrum of payroll administration for research entities (including CPF & Tax Submission)
  • Prepares monthly headcount, payroll reconciliation report and other payroll related reports
  • Processes ESS Claims (e.g., Flexi, dental and handphone)
  • Coordinates with Finance Department on monthly treasury provision for payroll related activities and payroll reconciliation
  • Ensures general ledger journal generation to Finance Department for completed payroll processing
  • Processes & verifies statutory claims like NS Leave and Government Paid Leave (e.g., childcare leave and maternity leave)
  • Other ad-hoc assignments as assigned by supervisor
Requirements
  • Minimum A-level or Diploma in Human Resource or Business or Finance related studies
  • Previous HR Payroll is advantageous
  • Willing to learn
