Job summary

A leading recruitment firm in Singapore is looking for an experienced HR Manager to handle end-to-end recruitment and manage HR functions including payroll and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in HR Management and at least 3 years of managerial experience in the manufacturing or construction sectors. Job description

Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, interviews, selection, onboarding, and offboarding

Administer employee records and leave management using Prosoft HRMS

Manage full spectrum of work pass applications, renewals, and medical claims (Raffles Health Insurance)

Assist in monthly payroll processing and related HR reporting

Coordinate annual and confirmation performance appraisals

Liaise with vendors and coordinate employee training programmes

Organise employee engagement and welfare activities (e.g. Lunch Talks)

Support HR compliance and participate in MOM surveys

Develop, review, and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with business objectives and manpower strategies

Drive learning and development initiatives, including training needs analysis, annual training plans, and evaluation of training effectiveness

Partner with management to formulate and execute strategic HR plans that support organizational growth and workforce planning

Oversee full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance management, compensation & benefits, and employee relations

Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team

Ensure HR operations and documentation comply with MOM and statutory regulations

Manage HR systems and processes using Prosoft HRMS, ensuring accuracy in data management and reporting

Champion employee engagement and retention strategies to foster a positive work culture

Advise management on HR metrics, manpower trends, and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements
