Job summary

A recruitment firm seeks an HR Coordinator in Singapore to support administration and coordination of HR programmes, including scholarships and sponsorships. What you'll be doing
  • Support the administration and coordination of HR-related programmes, including scholarships and sponsorship initiatives
  • Liaise with external partners, institutions, and internal stakeholders on programme activities and events
  • Coordinate candidate selection activities such as shortlisting, interview scheduling, and follow‑ups
  • Track programme placements, allocations, and maintain basic HR records and reports
  • Support HR events, engagement sessions, and outreach activities
  • Work closely with HR teams to ensure smooth interviews and onboarding experience
  • Assist with publicity and communication efforts across relevant platforms
  • Support basic funding administration, tracking, and coordination related to HR programmes
  • Act as a point of contact for HR programme‑related enquiries
  • Perform other HR administrative or coordination duties as assigned
What we're looking for
  • Bachelor Degree level in Human Resource/ Business
  • 1 - 2 years of working experience, preferably within healthcare setting
  • HR experience will be advantageous
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skill, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a mission‑driven environment
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft applications (e.g. Excel, Powerpoint)
