Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting orientation sessions and facilitating the completion of necessary paperwork.
  • Handle employee documentation and maintain accurate HR records.
  • Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
  • Support employee relations activities, including handling employee grievances and disciplinary procedures.
  • Coordinate and administer employee benefits and leave management.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating HR events and initiatives.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of HR experience, preferably in a similar industry (ACMV).
  • Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
  • Experience in recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
