Job Summary

Lead and execute comprehensive HR functions including onboarding, payroll administration, employee records management, and compliance to drive workforce productivity and support organizational growth.

Responsibilities

  • Administer monthly payroll processing and ensure accurate CPF submissions to achieve full statutory compliance
  • Manage leave and attendance tracking to maintain accurate workforce data and support operational efficiency
  • Oversee employee benefits administration to enhance employee satisfaction and retention
  • Coordinate performance appraisal and training administration to facilitate employee development aligned with organizational goals
  • Respond promptly to employee enquiries and resolve HR-related issues to foster a positive and supportive work environment
  • Ensure strict adherence to Ministry of Manpower (MOM) regulations and company policies to mitigate compliance risks
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR documentation and generate reports to inform management decisions and support audits

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
