Job summary

Job description

Our client is seeking for an experienced HR Executive to join their company. If you’re highly organized, analytical, and experienced in HR functions, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations.
  • Assist job postings, screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
  • Prepare offer letters.
  • Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires.
  • Maintain up-to-date employee records and personal files.
  • Assist in monthly payroll processing and statutory submission (e.g. CPF, IR8A).
  • Prepare HR report (e.g. attendance, leave records, manpower report)
  • Ensure compliance with MOM regulations and labor laws.
  • Maintain training records.
  • Any other duties assigned by HR Manager/Director.
Requirements
  • Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management, or related field.
  • Mininum 1 year of relevant HR experience.
  • Familiar with Singapore Employment Act and MOM regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and handle HR duties.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, knowledge of HR software is an advantage
