A leading HR services provider in Singapore is seeking an HR Executive to assist with a full spectrum of HR operations, including recruitment, payroll, and employee management. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Human Resource, a minimum of 3 years' experience in HR, and excellent communication skills. This role involves managing HR software systems and ensuring compliance with local employment legislation.
Assist the HR Manager with full spectrum of HR operations across the group of companies, i.e. Recruitment, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, Welfare, Performance Appraisals, Induction & exit clearance, etc.
Develop, implement and maintain a robust and effective human resources management system that is in line with the statutory requirements.
Managing and maintaining HR software system - JustLogin
Conduct employee counselling, handling employee grievances/ conflicts and disciplinary issues
Prepare all HR-related documents including employment contracts, HR letters and correspondences.
Review, develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment process to recruit the people with right fit.
Handling recruitment processes (filtering, arranging interviews, hiring preparation) and liaise with recruitment agencies for effective recruitment
Application, renewal and cancellation of work passes
Administer interns onboarding and offboarding, including submission and tracking of grant application
Accurate and timely payroll processing
Timely submissions to statutory boards e.g. CPF, IRAS, MOM, etc.
Manage employees’ training and development journey in the company.
Liaising and coordinating with internal and external parties for training needs
Review company benefits package
Review, develop and implement a new Performance Management System
Administration: manage employee data storage, archive and audit to ensure data integrity and compliance for local legislation needs.
Possess Degree in Human Resource
Min. 3 years of HR working experience.
Excellent communication skills to communicate with all levels of employees.
Able to multi-task and work with tight deadlines.
Ability to drive change
Good people skills, motivated self-starter and Team Player
Must possess strong working knowledge of local employment legislation
