Job summary

A leading HR services provider in Singapore is seeking an HR Executive to assist with a full spectrum of HR operations, including recruitment, payroll, and employee management. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Human Resource, a minimum of 3 years' experience in HR, and excellent communication skills. This role involves managing HR software systems and ensuring compliance with local employment legislation.

Qualifications

Responsibilities
  • Assist the HR Manager with full spectrum of HR operations across the group of companies, i.e. Recruitment, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, Welfare, Performance Appraisals, Induction & exit clearance, etc.

  • Develop, implement and maintain a robust and effective human resources management system that is in line with the statutory requirements.

  • Managing and maintaining HR software system - JustLogin

  • Conduct employee counselling, handling employee grievances/ conflicts and disciplinary issues

  • Prepare all HR-related documents including employment contracts, HR letters and correspondences.

  • Review, develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment process to recruit the people with right fit.

  • Handling recruitment processes (filtering, arranging interviews, hiring preparation) and liaise with recruitment agencies for effective recruitment

  • Application, renewal and cancellation of work passes

  • Administer interns onboarding and offboarding, including submission and tracking of grant application

  • Accurate and timely payroll processing

  • Timely submissions to statutory boards e.g. CPF, IRAS, MOM, etc.

  • Manage employees’ training and development journey in the company.

  • Liaising and coordinating with internal and external parties for training needs

  • Review company benefits package

  • Review, develop and implement a new Performance Management System

  • Administration: manage employee data storage, archive and audit to ensure data integrity and compliance for local legislation needs.

Requirements
  • Possess Degree in Human Resource

  • Min. 3 years of HR working experience.

  • Excellent communication skills to communicate with all levels of employees.

  • Able to multi-task and work with tight deadlines.

  • Ability to drive change

  • Good people skills, motivated self-starter and Team Player

  • Must possess strong working knowledge of local employment legislation
