We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Executive to join our team and support our HR functions as we continue our mission of transforming lives.

Job Summary:

As an HR Executive, you will play a vital role in supporting and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, assisting with recruitment and onboarding, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. For candidates with higher qualifications and extensive experience, a Senior HR Executive position will be offered.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Support recruitment efforts, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination. Make salary proposals for new hires.
  • Manage onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
  • Oversee staff offboarding processes.
  • Handle employee relations, addressing grievances, and ensuring workplace harmony.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Support in the annual performance review and compensation review exercise.
  • Manage staff insurance enrollment, review, and termination.
  • Manage internship programs by liaising with institutes and stakeholders.
  • Maintain HR records and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Act as a secretary or secretariat for the HR Sub Committee.
  • Assist in fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR roles.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
