About the Role

Our client is looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to support their HR operations and ensure smooth HR processes across the organization. The ideal candidate will assist with recruitment, employee engagement, and HR administration while ensuring compliance with local employment laws.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
  • Assist in payroll processing, benefits administration, and statutory compliance.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and performance management processes.
  • Provide HR support and guidance to employees on policies, procedures, and HR-related queries.
  • Prepare HR reports and metrics for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal HR policies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–6 years of HR experience, ideally in a corporate or multinational environment.
  • Familiarity with local employment laws, payroll processes, and HRIS systems.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
