Job summary

Qualifications

  • Min. three (3) years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficient in payroll systems.
  • Good knowledge in HR local compliance & regulation.
  • Good mindset, with a can-do attitude and meticulous analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Assist/in-charge in HR activities covering recruitment & selection.
  • Coordinate all leaves applications and training programs.
  • Update administrative data related to production and purchase.
  • Manage staff requisition and coordinate uniform and medical checks.
  • Support Safety Officer as needed.
  • Ensure HR and production documentation is updated.
  • Work proactively with HR team and other departments.
  • Develop continuous HR improvements.
  • Provide secretarial support to staff and HOD.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To assist/ in-charge in HR activities/duties covering recruitment & selection, staff administration process on all leaves (MC, AL, NPL, etc.), work permit/pass admin etc. include new hire orientation and resignation clearance.
  • To assist in coordinating all leaves applications approval from Tuas HOD, training and development programs (if any) to submitting to HQ for record compliance to HQ practice.
  • To involve and in charge all administrative data up-date in production, purchase input collaboration duties, secretarial matter and work etc at Tuas both plants inclusive of Navision system promptly.
  • In-charge with all staff requisition and coordination on staff uniform, office stationeries, medical check, training aspect etc and be involved in periodical ISO and customer audit and any Tuas Management/Superior as and when ad-hoc duties.
  • Assist Safety Officer as and when required.
  • To assist to ensure all HQ and Tuas HR and production administration documentation recording and updating from time to time.
  • To co-ordinate and have human relation working attitude with HR team and others department pro-actively and team-work at all-time meeting targets and timely update/delivery.
  • To develop continuous HR improvement and etc.
  • To assist to provide in following up good communication and even secretarial support to staff, HOD, superior for continuously improvement.
  • To assist and ensure all HR and production administration and support on all relevant update and proper quality, quantities performance at all time.
Requirements / Qualifications:
  • Min. ITE graduate in Human resource or its relevant with computer literacy (Microsoft office & excel).
  • Min. three (3) years in relevant experience in relevant field and in mfg. environment.
  • Proficient in payroll systems.
  • Good knowledge in HR local compliance & Regulation.
  • Good mind-set, have a can do attitude and meticulous analysis.
