HR Business Partner
Overview

Reporting to the Human Resources Director or designate, the Human Resources (HR) Business Partner will focus on cultivating genuine and robust partnerships with key internal stakeholders. This role is designed to enable leaders and teams to meet their operational and strategic objectives through integrated HR strategies, with a significant emphasis on both strategic HR business partnering and proactive talent acquisition.

Responsibilities
  • Strategic HR Business Partnering: Collaborate as one cohesive HR team across operations and functions to ensure synergistic HR initiatives. Coach Leaders on competency and capability uplift, talent development, succession planning, and effective change management. Identify, implement, and drive initiatives that enhance our organizational culture and support exceptional performance. Provide strategic HR insights to enable organizational transformation and deliver measurable business value. Partner with Leaders to develop Strategic Workforce Plans that are closely aligned with business objectives. Develop strong business fluency, ensuring that objectives and key results are effectively cascaded and tracked throughout the organization.
  • Talent Acquisition & Development: Lead end-to-end talent acquisition efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding, to attract and secure top talent that aligns with strategic workforce plans. Actively manage the recruitment pipeline and collaborate with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and recruitment strategies.
Requirements & Competencies

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a relevant business-related discipline.

Experience & Skills:

  • Previous proven experience in a similar HR Business Partner or HR Generalist role, providing both strategic and tactical advice to Leaders.
  • Demonstrated experience in end-to-end talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is highly advantageous.
