Job summary
A leading industrial services company in Singapore is seeking an HR Assistant to manage staff benefits and provide administrative support. The role requires a minimum of a Diploma and 1-2 years of HR experience. Candidates should be proficient in English and have good interpersonal skills. Knowledge of payroll software is advantageous. This position offers flexible working hours—2 to 3 days per week.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant HR work experience.
- Familiar with Employment Act, MOM regulations, and HR practices.
- Able to commence work immediately or within short notice.
Responsibilities
- Administer staff benefits including leave records and insurance claims.
- Provide administrative support for call answering.
- Prepare documents for monthly management meetings.

Responsibilities
- Administer staff benefits (such as Leave Records, Insurance claim, medical claim, etc.).
- Provide support for call answering and administrative tasks.
- Prepare documents for Monthly Management Meeting.
- Generate HR-related documents.
- Assist and organize welfare events for employees (e.g., gathering events).
- Attend to employees’ enquiries.
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR Admin functions and duties.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties when assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum GCE ‘O' Levels / NiTEC / Diploma holders.
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant HR work experience.
- Knowledge in payroll software; experience with Sage Easypay software is an added advantage.
- Familiar with Employment Act, MOM regulations and HR practices.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, team-player.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Possess excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.
- Result oriented, self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Able to commence work immediately or within short notice.
- Working hours: 8:30am to 5:30pm (2 days or 3 days per week).
