Job summary

A health and community care organization in Singapore is seeking a Training Administration and HR Support role. The successful candidate will manage training applications, assist in onboarding staff, and coordinate employee wellness programmes. Job description
Learning & Development (Training Administration)

Management of staff training applications, including:

  • Adding training programmes into the HRIS.
  • Registering staff for courses with training providers.
  • Recording and tracking training hours.
  • Processing and verifying training-related invoices.
Event Management Support
  • Provide logistic and administrative support for internal HR and staff engagement events (e.g. setting up venues, arranging catering, preparing materials, etc.)
Onboarding Support
  • Coordinating with IT Helpdesk for system setup and access.
  • Preparing staff passes and onboarding materials.
  • Supporting administrative follow-ups to ensure a smooth and welcoming onboarding experience.
  • Staff Movement Announcement
Employee Wellness
  • Support the administration of HealthPerks Points allocation for staff.
  • Coordinate and assist in organizing wellness programmes, including health talks, exercise sessions and other well-being activities to promote a healthy and engaged workforce.
  • Order wreaths, get well baskets, newborn baby gift hamper to staff when need arises.
Work Pass Administration
  • Assist with work pass applications and renewals, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
Qualifications

Diploma with at least 1 year of relevant HR experience
