Job summary
A construction management company in Singapore is seeking a diligent HR professional to assist with various administrative duties, including managing payroll and processing work pass applications. The ideal candidate should have GCE 'O' Levels or equivalent and possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills. This role requires a proactive approach and attention to detail, with a preference for candidates with experience in the construction industry.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in the Construction Industry is preferred.
- Detail-oriented with a strong proactive attitude.
- Able to work 5 days a week.
Responsibilities
- Assist with hotline calls and provide necessary help.
- Process work pass applications and renewals promptly.
- Manage Primary Care Plan including invoicing and procurement.
- Coordinate medical check-ups and secure housing compliance.
- Oversee monthly payroll and maintain HR documents.

Responsibilities
- Answer incoming hotline calls and provide assistance as needed.
- Process work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations promptly, including coordinating medical check-ups, security bonds, CSOC, dormitory check-ins, and PCP.
- Manage Primary Care Plan (PCP) including invoicing, procurement, and termination.
- Update OFWAS and foreign workers housing compliance records.
- Coordinate air ticket purchases for home leave and repatriation of foreign workers.
- Workers' training registration and logistics.
- Process monthly payroll and overtime accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain and update HR documents such as payroll, leave, and claims, ensuring accuracy and completeness in HR systems and personal files.
- Assist in the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
- GCE 'O' Levels or equivalent.
- Preferably at least 1 year of experience in the Construction Industry.
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Positive and proactive attitude with a willingness to assist others.
