Job summary

A leading HR service provider in Singapore is seeking an HR Assistant to manage recruitment processes, support employee engagement initiatives, and maintain HR records. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in Human Resources or related fields and proven HR experience, with excellent communication skills. This position offers a dynamic work environment in a collaborative team.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in HR roles, preferably as an HR Assistant or Coordinator.
  • Knowledge of HR best practices and Singapore labour laws.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Support and promote employee engagement initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
  • Assist in managing employee benefits programs.
  • Ensure pantry supplies are well stocked.

Job description
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interview arrangements and documents verification
  • Conduct new employee orientation and facilitate the onboarding process
  • Coordinate setup of access passes and computers for new staff
  • Assist with off boarding processes
Employee Relations
  • Support and promote employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture
  • Create and manage communication materials such as internal newsletters, LinkedIn posts, company banners for roadshow and other publications as required
HR Administration
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases
  • Handle HR documentation, including employment contracts, HR reports and labour market surveys etc
  • Support employee training and development activities
  • Prepare and process payroll, ensuring compliance with employment laws
  • Undertake any other related duties or projects as assigned for HR administration
Benefits Administration
  • Assist in managing employee benefits programs, including health insurance, workmen compensation, and leave entitlements
  • Provide support to employees regarding benefits inquiries and enrollment
Office Administration
  • Ensure pantry supplies are well stocked and maintained
Job Requirements
  • Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience in HR roles, preferably as an HR Assistant or HR Coordinator
  • Knowledge of HR best practices and Singapore labour laws
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
