A Singapore-based construction firm is seeking an experienced HR professional to manage key HR processes including payroll and recruitment. Responsibilities include ensuring timely submission of government surveys and providing HR support to line managers. Candidates should have a Polytechnic Diploma in Human Resource Management, with at least three years of HR administration experience, preferably in the construction or manufacturing industry. Handle key HR processes for designated business units which include payroll, work pass, insurance administration, recruitment, training and development, disciplinary and grievance, employee engagement/relations, and other HR & Office Administration.
Min. Poly. Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or its equivalent.
