A construction industry leader in Singapore is seeking an experienced HR professional to manage key HR processes including payroll, recruitment, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years in HR administration, preferably in construction or manufacturing, and is familiar with Sage EPE payroll software. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential. This role offers a 5-day work week with competitive compensation.
Handle key HR processes for designated business units which include payroll, workpass, insurance administration, recruitment, training and development, disciplinary and grievances, employee engagement/ relations, and other HR & Office Administration.
Min. Poly. Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or its equivalent.
