Job summary

A logistics company located in Singapore is looking for an HR & Admin Manager to manage full-spectrum HR functions and administrative operations. The role includes payroll processing, staff onboarding, and handling external communications. Ideal candidates should be experienced in HR and have a strong knowledge of payroll processes. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in HR and administrative roles.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processes, CPF, and employment regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Adaptive Pay or similar HR tools.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end HR processes, including onboarding and payroll.
  • Track employee attendance and monitor clock-ins/outs.
  • Prepare accurate AR & AP reports and liaise with external stakeholders.
  • Handle invoicing, generate quotations, and manage contracts.
  • Maintain and grow the company’s social media presence.
