Overview
HR & Admin professional responsible for a full spectrum of HR and administrative functions, employee onboarding and ongoing people operations.
Responsibilities
- Handle a full-spectrum of HR & Admin functions.
- Prepare and conduct New Employee Orientation Programs for all new employees.
- Coordinate training courses for employees, submit training and grant applications, and follow up on outcomes.
- Maintain and update the Employees’ Training Record.
- Maintain and update personal files and leave records of all employees for easy reference by HR and Admin.
- Handle MOM surveys and government subsidies, including foreign worker levy waiver applications and grant applications.
- Manage and coordinate new employee orientation and onboarding, sharing onboarding packages and explaining company policies to help new hires adjust.
- Administer documents pertaining to employment, resignation, termination, confirmation, contract renewal, and performance appraisals.
- Handle the end-to-end process of final settlement and exit clearance for indirect staff.
- Participate in grievance and disciplinary issues as required.
- Manage the organization’s staffing needs and liaise with relevant departments to determine yearly training requirements.
- Handle end-to-end work passes related issues, including application, renewal, cancellation, appeals, expiration, medical check-ups, updating personal particulars to MOM, visa applications, etc.
- Prepare HR documents such as Employment Contracts, Onboarding Schedules, and Confirmation Letters.
- Process and timely submit forms and claims from government bodies.
- Assist with monthly payroll administration and preparation.
- Prepare and submit surveys to government bodies and statutory boards.
- Ensure new hires are properly onboarded to the company and maintain accurate, up-to-date employee records.
- Assist in coordinating social and recreational activities to promote employee welfare.
- Source and recommend training and professional development courses for staff.
- Be the first point of contact for employees on HR-related queries.
- Maintain and update the Employees’ Training Record and personal files and leave records for easy HR reference.
- Coordinate new employee onboarding by sharing onboarding packages and explaining company policies.
