A local contractor company in Singapore is seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to manage recruitment, process payroll, and handle insurance claims. Candidates should have at least a Diploma and 2 years of experience in HR, with good English proficiency and strong organizational skills. Immediate starters and Singaporean residents are preferred.

• Relevant Human Resource Experience
• Recruitment of staff
• Registration of courses for staff / workers
• Familiar with insurance policies WICA, Public Liabilit, Motor Claim & Medical Insurance
• Process Insurance claims
• Process monthly payroll
• Purchase of Primary Care Plan (PCP) for eligible workers
• Monitoring and good follow-up skill with tasks entrusted
• Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by immediate superior

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent with at least 2 years of working experience in related field
• Good command of English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) and Outlook
• Responsible, organized and able to multitask
• Able to communicate with all levels
• Good working attitude
• Willing to learn
