Key Responsibilities

Human Resource & Administration

  • Draft HR documents and liaise with staff for acknowledgements and signing

  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases

  • Support employee engagement initiatives, staff welfare, and training coordination

  • Assist with leave administration and HR-related queries

Recruitment & People Operations

  • Support recruitment activities, including coordination and documentation

  • Assist with onboarding, orientation, and offboarding of staff

Scheduling & Manpower Planning

  • Assist with teacher scheduling, relief arrangements, and programme planning

  • Support manpower planning to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field

  • At least 1 year of relevant working experience, preferably in the education or service sector

  • Independent, resourceful, and meticulous with strong organisational and planning skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to work well with different stakeholders

  • Proficient in MS Excel and scheduling tools

  • Positive attitude, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
