Job summary

A recruitment company in Singapore is seeking an HR and Admin assistant to manage the hiring process, maintain employee records, and provide general administrative support.   • Manage office supplies and place orders when needed.
  • Coordinate with vendors (like cleaners, suppliers, etc.).
  • Handle basic office maintenance and IT support coordination.
  • Arrange travel and accommodations for staff if required.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team.
