Job summary

A local recruiting firm in Singapore is seeking an HR Administrator to manage employee-related matters, including payroll and work pass applications. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Human Resource and at least 1-2 years of administration experience, preferably in the construction industry. This role includes liaising with staff and maintaining employee records. Training will be provided.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of human resources and administration related experience.
  • Candidates with construction related industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Liaise with workers/supervisors on foreign worker matters.
  • Administer employee payroll, leave, attendance, and claims.
  • Assist with new applications of work passes.

Skills

Proficiency with Microsoft office (Excel and Word)
