Job summary

A healthcare institution in Singapore is seeking an HR Admin Assistant to support daily HR functions, including recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, and training administration. The ideal candidate will possess a Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, with 2-3 years of HR experience, preferably in the healthcare or service industry. Familiarity with Singapore's MOM regulations is necessary, along with proficiency in MS Office. This role requires strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.

Job description

THE HR Admin Assistant / Executive supports the daily functions of the Human Resources department, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training administration and HR Operations. The role requires a good understanding of MOM Regulations and healthcare licensing requirement.

POSITION DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Recruitment and onboarding: coordinate end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, screening, interview arrangements and reference check
  • Handle recruitment for healthcare and non-healthcare roles in accordance with relevant authority requirement
  • Conduct onboarding and orientation for new hires
  • Ensure proper document and submission of SNB registration / work passes
  • Maintain and update employee records
  • Manage probation confirmations, contract renewals and employee exits
  • Managing the communication channel with the staff e.g. announcement of policies, events etc
  • Provide administrative support such as scanning, filling, compiling documents etc.
  • Other HR function duties as assigned by immediate superior.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
  • At least 2- 3 years of HR experience, preferabley in the healthcare or service industry
  • Good knowledge of SIngapore Employment Act and HR practices
  • Familiar with SNB, MOM and MOH healthcare staffing regulations
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS System
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proactive approach, Meticulous, Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong organisational and time management skils
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
