Responsibilities

• Plan and manage hotel events and daily work.
• Make sure all staff come on time and follow company rules.
• Arrange and check daily deployment to hotels.
• Talk to hotel partners often to build good relationships.
• Visit hotels to check staff work and service quality.
• Remind staff to care about company profit and performance.
• Hold daily meetings to update the team and solve problems.
• Work with other managers to solve manpower shortage.
• Check and submit daily reports on time.
• Control labour cost and support company profit plan.
• Handle staff salary or complaint issues properly.
• Approve staff lists, cash requests, and other reports.
• Train and assess trainers and team leaders.
• Give suggestions to improve operations and service.
• Do any other task given by management.
