Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional teams ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Drive occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR through effective strategies.
  • Own full P&L responsibility including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Monitor performance against targets and implement corrective actions.
  • Drive employee engagement and succession planning.
  • Oversee guest satisfaction and service recovery.

Position: General Manager

About the Opportunity
  • Aventir Group is partnering with a 4-Star Hotel. We are looking for a seasoned General Manager with strong business acumen, financial, and operations background to join the leadership team.
  • As a right-hand person to the CEO, you will be leading the Hotel's team, manages financial outcomes, overall performance, profitability, operations and reputation of the hotel.
Main duties & responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional teams, including Finance, Operations, Sales & Marketing, and IT. Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, service excellence, and compliance with regulatory and brand standards.
  • Drive occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR through effective sales, marketing, and revenue strategies.
  • Own full P&L responsibility including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and cash flow.
  • Monitor performance against targets and implement corrective actions.
  • Drive employee engagement, retention, and succession planning.
  • Oversee guest satisfaction, service recovery, and reputation management.
  • Ensure compliance with licensing, health & safety, and statutory requirements.
