Looking for Hotel Front Desk Executives & Concierge!

As a Hotel Front Desk Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and efficient operations. Your role will involve managing check-ins/check-outs, handling guest inquiries, and maintaining accurate records while upholding high standards of professionalism and service.

As a Concierge, you will need to deliver exceptional personalized guest experiences through travel planning, reservations, and bespoke local recommendations. Maintain high service, grooming, and LQA standards while efficiently managing guest requests and bookings.

Customer Service
  • Greet guests warmly; handle check-ins/check-outs smoothly.
  • Know room types, rates, and hotel info.
  • Assist with inquiries and requests; manage cash float and reports.
Professionalism
  • Maintain good grooming and hygiene.
  • Handle reservations outside office hours.
  • Perform additional tasks as needed.
  • Keep all information confidential and follow data protection laws.
Technical and Safety
  • Use hotel systems and key encoding.
  • Know fire procedures and security measures.
  • Follow safety and health policies.
Role Requirements
  • Front Desk Executives – min 2 years of experience in Guest Relations
  • Concierge – Prior experience in Customer Service roles
  • Well-groomed and possesses a cheerful disposition
  • Calm, efficient, and able to work well under pressure
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work on rotational shifts, weekends and public holidays
