About the role

As a Horticulturist with Swee Bee Contractor Pte. Ltd., you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing the client's green spaces and landscaping projects across the Central Region. This full‑time position offers the opportunity to apply your expertise in horticulture and garden management to ensure the client sites are well‑maintained and visually appealing.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and implementing comprehensive maintenance plans for various gardens, landscapes, and green spaces managed by the company
• Overseeing the planting, pruning, and general care of a diverse range of plants, trees, and flora to ensure their health and aesthetic appeal
• Monitoring the growth and condition of plants, identifying and addressing any issues or diseases in a timely manner
• Providing expert advice and guidance to clients on horticulture‑related matters
• Maintaining detailed records of all horticultural activities and monitoring the effectiveness of maintenance strategies
• Ensuring compliance with relevant health and safety regulations and best practices in the industry

What we're looking for

• A degree or diploma in Horticulture, Landscape Design, or related field
• Extensive experience (minimum 3 years) working as a horticulturist or in a similar green‑space management role
