Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in early childhood or social services, preferably with low-income families.
• Willing to work occasionally on weekday evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular home visits to guide and support caregivers in parenting and child development.
• Build trusting relationships with families to encourage consistent participation and learning.
• Assess and monitor children’s development and family needs through screenings and case planning.
• Deliver the KidSTART curriculum to enhance parent-child interaction and developmental outcomes.
• Collaborate with community agencies for integrated family support.
