Qualifications

  • Post-registration experience in a hospital or hospice setting preferred.
  • Knowledge in Oncology, Palliative Care, Geriatrics, or Gerontology is an advantage.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Perform nursing care, bedside care, including vital signs and medication administration.
  • Provide necessary nursing services (e.g., feeding tube, catheter, dressing changes).
  • Demonstrated proficiency in both core nursing and specialized techniques.
  • To uphold nursing standards in documentation, treatment, patient monitoring and infection control.
  • To ensure nursing care services rendered are safe, competent and individualized during home visits.
  • Perform safety checks on home care equipment.
  • Communicate and build rapport with patients and their families or caregivers.
  • Perform any other nursing duties when required.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma / Degree in Nursing
  • Registered with Singapore Nursing Board
  • Possess a valid BCLS or CPR/AED certification.
  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience in the related field
  • Post-registration experience in a hospital or hospice setting preferred
  • Oncology / Palliative Care /Geriatrics / Gerontology knowledge is an added advantage
  • Procedure skill set: NGT insertion and change/ Catheterization/ Phlebotomy/ Stoma bag change/ Tracheostomy care/ Suctioning
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to travel to multiple patients per day
  • Able to commit shift hours (12hrs) including weekends and public holidays
  • Proactive team player
  • Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing high-quality care
  • Resourceful and able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and remain flexible in a changing environment
  • Able to converse in local languages is preferred
  • Nurses with Geriatric / ICU/ Emergency Unit / Medical Surgical Ward and Palliative experience keen to try homecare may apply.

  1. 8am to 8pm (Day Shift)
  2. 8pm to 8am (Night Shift)

Able to work on weekdays and weekends according to roster

Locums able to commit 2 shifts per week are welcome to apply
