Job summary

A non-profit healthcare organization in Singapore is seeking a Healthcare Operations Manager to support the General Manager in overseeing their Medical Mission. Qualifications

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business Administration, Non-Profit Management or a related field.
  • 7 to 10 years of professional experience, with at least 3 to 5 years in a managerial capacity.
  • Strong understanding of the Singapore non-profit sector and local charity landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the General Manager in monitoring healthcare programme performance, budgets and compliance.
  • Work closely with the Head of Medical Services to ensure operational efficiency and resolve challenges.
  • Build strategic partnerships with corporates, healthcare organisations and community groups.
