A human resources firm in Singapore is seeking a qualified HR professional to provide expert advice and lead the talent acquisition lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Human Resources, min 1 year of experience in HR functions, and a strong grasp of employment laws. Responsibilities include managing onboarding, performance management, and developing compliant HR policies. This role also focuses on optimizing internal processes for improved efficiency.
Provide business leaders with expert HR advice, guidance, and support on best practices, policies, procedures, and employment laws.
Lead the full talent acquisition lifecycle, delivering an outstanding candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.
Manage all aspects of the employee journey, including onboarding, performance management, grievance resolution, and offboarding.
Review, develop, and implement HR policies that ensure compliance with government regulations while optimizing internal processes.
A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
