Job summary

A healthcare organization in Singapore is seeking a Senior/Manager for Wellbeing & Engagement. You will be responsible for the development, growth, and daily management of the Wellbeing Centre, ensuring patient and caregiver engagement. The ideal candidate has experience in patient-centred care and demonstrates strong leadership and communication skills. This role requires oversight of various projects to enhance cancer care and improve patient outcomes, alongside managing a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Health or Health Related discipline such as public health, nursing/allied health.
• Knowledge and experience in patient-centred care and community engagement.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships.
