• Provide leadership and supervision to the Space Management Department.
• Oversee all day-to-day facility operations and maintenance.
• Drive the planning and adoption of a SmartFM strategy.
• Plan and oversee Green Mark certification and energy efficiency initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders for facility improvement initiatives.
