Our Mechanical Services team is looking for a Head of Services to lead and manage the full operation of the Service Centre, ensuring efficient workflows while driving the centre’s overall P&L performance.

What you’ll do
  • Oversee entire Service Centre operations and manage after‑sales service activities to efficiency and productivity.
  • Responsible for Service Centre’s profit and loss by tracking sales numbers to ensure profitability/cost management of the Service Centre is met.
  • Assist to define and direct activities to meet financial targets.
  • Responsible for the Service Centre Customer Service Index level.
  • Enhance Service Centre operation to create good customer journey and experience.
  • Ensure Standardized procedure and processes for Service Centre and Workshop.
  • Ensure workshop facilities are well maintained meeting WHS requirements.
  • Lead a team of service personnel to provide quality automotive maintenance and service to customer.
  • Work closely with stakeholders (Eg, Brands Principals, Internal Departments, etc) to ensure good understanding, relationship, and teamwork to meet Company expectation.
  • To manage and resolve customer complaint.
About you
  • Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 5 years of working experience in a similar capacity, including leading a team.
  • Strong communicator with good problem solving and people management skills.
  • Win‑win mentality; decisive, sharp and acute thinking in critical moments to create wins for customers and company.
  • Comfortable to work on alternate Saturday/Sunday mornings. Time off for equivalent hours will be provided to compensate for weekend work.
