Job description

Our client, a B2C Services Company is seeking a highly driven and customer-focused leader to join us them as the Head of Sales & Customer Service. This role is responsible for driving the commercial success of the Centre, leading a team to achieve ambitious enrolment growth and customer retention targets while upholding strong service excellence standards. As a key business leader, you will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to ensure seamless Centre operations and the delivery of an exceptional experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Take ownership of formulating and executing sales strategies at Centre level, including demand generation, conversion optimisation, and brand-building initiatives.
  • Oversee the performance, motivation, and development of the Customer Service & Sales team, ensuring that parents’ enquiries, feedback, and concerns are handled professionally and effectively.
  • Work alongside the Academic Director to manage enrolment planning and student retention, aligned with market needs and overall business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in managing sales teams within a B2C environment, ideally possessing experience in retail, consumer services, hospitality, or education industries.
  • Strong commercial acumen, people leadership capabilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, together with the ability to build rapport across all levels and manage change in a dynamic and fast-paced setting.
