Job description

We are seeking an exceptional, entrepreneurial-minded leader to build, launch, and scale MyRepublic’s n8n training and enablement program from the ground up. This is a hybrid role that combines deep technical fluency in n8n and JSON with content creation, community leadership, product development, and go-to-market strategy.

This is not a conventional role. We’re looking for a builder, teacher, and brand evangelist in one—someone with the mindset of a solopreneur and the technical depth of a senior engineer.

How you’ll contribute to MyRepublic’s success:

1. Program Creation & Leadership

• Design, develop, and own the end-to-end MyRepublic n8n training program: curriculum, certification pathways, video content, live workshops, and onboarding journeys.
• Create tiered learning paths for different audiences: internal staff, external SMEs, and advanced power users.
• Build and maintain a scalable documentation and knowledge base.

2. Technical Development & Automation

• Develop real-world n8n workflows, templates, and automations that reflect modern IT, business, and customer service use cases.
• Write and maintain JSON logic, Webhooks, and HTTP API calls across complex scenarios.
• Integrate n8n with diverse platforms like Airtable, Google Workspace, MongoDB, CRM systems, and custom APIs.

3. Content Creation & Thought Leadership

• Be the face of the program: record high-quality video lessons, host webinars, and run live demos.
• Develop compelling YouTube content, social clips, and case studies featuring real customer use cases.
• Author blogs, tutorials, and strategy playbooks with both technical and business context.

4. GTM, Branding & Marketing

• Define and execute a go-to-market strategy for the training program.
• Collaborate with the MyRepublic marketing team to build brand identity, digital presence, and user acquisition funnel.
• Launch and grow a community of n8n users via Discord, Telegram, LinkedIn, or other social platforms.

5. Business Strategy & Ops

• Build and operate the training business with an owner mentality: revenue models, pricing, funnel metrics, and unit economics.
• Work independently and lead vendor negotiations, platform partnerships, and sales support if needed.
• Collaborate with internal tech and product teams to align training with MyRepublic’s broader roadmap.

• Expert-level knowledge of n8n, including advanced node logic, custom function nodes, triggers, error handling, and integrations.
• Proficiency in JSON, JavaScript, and REST APIs.
• Proven experience building programs or businesses from scratch.
• Excellent on-camera and live presentation skills—charismatic, credible, and educational.
• Strong communication skills with a knack for explaining technical concepts to non-tech audiences.
• Deep independence and initiative: self-starter, proactive problem solver, fast learner.
• Strong grasp of marketing, branding, funnel building, and GTM concepts.
• Portfolio of previous automations, content, or businesses a major plus.
• Experience teaching or training others in a SaaS or low-code/no-code product.
• Familiarity with tools like N8N, Airtable, Notion, Zapier, Make or similar.
• Startup, agency, or solopreneur background.
• Comfort with both English and Southeast Asian market nuances.
