Job description
  • To develop product proposition, pricing, & promotional campaigns for retail products
  • To constantly conduct competitor’s analysis to review existing product features and identify new areas of improvements for product development
  • To formulate and execute new/ refresh launch campaigns to attract new sign-ups
  • To formulate and execute usage campaigns to entice usage from existing customers, thus improving customers engagement, increasing billings and receivables for retail products
  • To formulate and execute activation campaign to activate dormant customers, maintaining a healthy ratio of active customers.
  • Review and monitor customer delivery and fulfillment processes for usage and marketing campaigns
  • To identify and develop strategic alliance through “win-win” proposition with business partners / merchants so as to bring promotions to customers both existing and new
  • Liaise and maintain relationship with associations, key business partners, merchants, media owners, vendors and third-party relationships
  • Monitor and manage expenses and ensure that all marketing campaigns are conducted within the stipulated budget
  • Provide and create opportunities for staff to be included in the interaction with vendors and support units
  • Implement a proper mentoring plan, sharing with them their strengths and areas that require improvement
  • Regular discussions to garner feedback from staff, enabling a better working relation
Requirements
  • At least 6 to 8 years of experience in the banking / finance industry and at least 4 years in a managerial position
  • Proven experience and record in formulating an overall retail product(s) strategy
  • Good understanding of the market environment, consumer behavior, product dynamics and financials of retail products and credit business
