Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of relevant leadership experience in the Retail and Premier segments.
• Professional qualification as required by MAS.
• Driven with a good understanding and experience of the premier sector.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and coach Premier Relationship Managers to maximize team performance.
• Provide overall supervision to ensure alignment with segment objectives and deliver client service.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify operational risks and streamline client management.
• Expand the premier customer base and generate new business opportunities.
• Manage top-tier clients ensuring exceptional relationship management.
