What You'll Do:

  • Monitoring clinical performance and tracking departmental KPIs to ensure high standards are consistently met.

  • Fostering a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and quality within nursing services.

  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and policies through effective coordination of medical, nursing, and healthcare services.

  • Supervising nursing teams and overseeing both clinical care and administrative operations, including documentation and financial management.

  • Acting as a vital liaison between medical practitioners, nursing staff, and management to ensure collaborative and seamless care for clients.

  • Leading strategic planning, development, and evaluation of nursing services to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

  • Enhancing collaboration across departments to promote integrated care and a positive client experience.

  • Standardizing clinical practice frameworks and professional development initiatives across units.

  • Planning and overseeing regular clinical audits to uphold care standards.

What You Bring:
  • 15 years of relevant experience in aged care environments

  • Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Nursing
